May 14, 2026 Center Wildcats 4-H Club Meeting Report
Three in a row, I win! The Center Wildcats enjoyed rousing games of tic-tac-toe. The club also had an ice cream social at the end of the meeting. But first, the club got to business. The community service focus was to braid fleece dog toys for the animal shelter. Many of the club members practiced their public speaking skills when they were chosen for surprise speeches, or volunteered to deliver a box speech (an extemporaneous speech about an unknown object in a box). Mark your calendars for the Center Wildcats 4-H Club garage sale on June 19-20, 8am-3pm at 3058 Sturdy Rd in Valpo. It is our main fundraiser and a great opportunity to get 4-H project supplies. We will see you on June 18, 2026 at 6:30pm at the Sunset Hill Farm Silo for the next club meeting!
