Attention Brick Builders!
The Lego project is open to the use of all brands of bricks not just Lego.
Workshops scheduled are
Thursday April 27 at 7:00 P.M.
Wednesday May 17 at 7:00 P.M.
Saturday June 17 at 10:00 A.M.
All workshops are in the 4-H Building at the Fairgrounds.
We will have bricks for you to experiment with as well as some other new ideas to give you.
Remember to check the rules for your grade level.
7th graders and above are allowed to use robotics, electricity, and/or battery power in your exhibit. This is not required, but is up to you.
It is very important to note that no kits are allowed though pieces of kits may be used. This is a project to encourage you to use your imagination.
Sites where individual Legos may be purchased. As always check prices at more than one site and remember to factor in shipping. Also, when ordering pieces (not sets) allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. If you know of other sites, please share them.

Lego Robotics
We have had some inquiries concerning the Lego Robotics workshops which is separate from the regular Lego project.
In this activity we build robots as well as higher level activities for those who are older.
It is a commitment as the activity takes six weeks to complete, meeting one day a week.
Workshops have not been scheduled as yet. Time and place will be set depending on interest.
Please contact me if you or anyone you know may be interested. Participants do not need to belong to 4-H.
