New Expanded Role for 4-H Extension Educator Joan
Dear Porter County 4-H families,
I have recently accepted an opportunity to expand my role with Purdue Extension. I will be spending one day per week in the Purdue Extension – LaPorte County office. The LaPorte County 4-H Program is going through a transitional phase and I will be assisting in supporting their 4-H Program in the interim.
This is an honor for me; while I recently celebrated 19 years as your Porter County 4-H Educator, once upon a time I was a 10-year 4-H member in LaPorte County! I will continue to serve Porter County with the support of our office staff and it is my hope that you won’t even notice my occasional absence from our wonderful county.
Thank you all for your support and all you do to make the Porter County 4-H Program the amazing youth development experience that it is for the children of our county!
