We are excited to get things started for the dog project this year! We will be starting with an orientation next week, Tuesday April 20th from 5:30-6:30 PM. We are planning to meet outside of the Cattle Barn at the Porter County Fairgrounds. Come with your dog whenever it’s convenient for you and plan to spend 15 minutes getting signed up for your classes, fitted for collars if needed, and practicing some obedience basics.
We will be outside so please dress accordingly. Vaccination Records are required to be turned in at the first workshop that you attend with your dog so visit this link (https://extension.purdue.edu/4h/Documents/dog_vaccination_form.pdf), print it off, and bring it with you on Tuesday. If you can’t make Tuesday night that’s fine – we have lots of workshops coming up!
