The last meeting of the year was held on May, June 12, 2023. The American flag was done by Annika and the 4H flag was done by Luke. We talked about speeches and demonstrations for old businesses. We also talked about 10 year members sweatshirts, 4 mile run (first Saturday of fair), handbook online sign up , and building watch. July 13 is pick up project tags day between 8: 30 to 4:30. The leader’s report was, if you have questions about projects call the leader, and also challenge yourself at this fair to do something that you have not done yet. Like go and watch the goat show or the barbecue. Check-in projects on Monday, July 17 5-7:30 for original projects, Friday, July 21 is food, and sewing is Friday, July 14. Last Sunday of the fair it’s really cool because each barn gets to do battle of the barn. It is really fun to see. You should go see it. We also got to see who the new officers are for next year, at this meeting. The snack was ice cream for the last meeting of before the fair . The meeting ended at 7:53.
