Junior Pork Day at Purdue will be held on Saturday, March 4th at Purdue’s new Animal Sciences Meat Lab – the Land O’ Lakes, Inc. Center at 720 Clinic Drive, West Lafayette, IN 47907. Pre-registration is not required. Registration is $5 (lunch included) and will take place on-site from 8:30-9:00 a.m. EST. Sessions include Live Animal Evaluation, Carcass Evaluation, Swine Showmanship, Pig Jeopardy, and more! Download the full agenda below.
Junior Pork Day has been well-attended by Porter County 4-H members in the past, and they always have a great time. If your schedule allows, this event is highly recommended.
