Project Superintendents: Please submit any proposals for changes to the Porter County 4-H Handbook to the Extension Office by Friday, September 16th (email your proposals to Angel at amleuck@purdue.edu). The 4-H Council’s Rules Committee will be convened in late September or October to review any proposals prior to forwarding them to the 4-H Council for approval at the November general business meeting of the 4-H Council.
