5:00-6:30 PM- Informational workshop. We will discuss rules, equipment, and a demo on getting started and making royal icing. Bring a notebook and pen, do not bring cake decorating supplies.

Meet in Expo East Upstairs at the Porter County Fairgrounds.
2:30-4:30 PM- Bring all supplies. We will be teaching from the Course 1 book and completing it over the 2 days.
