To all 4-H members who are interested in the Needlework project: A large number of counted cross-stitch kits have been donated for use by 4-Hers. Most of the project kits are complete with instructions, fabric, floss, etc. and some even have the mats. These kits are available on Mrs. Hewlett’s front porch in a marked plastic tote. They are free to any 4-H member who wants to try counted cross-stich, even if you aren’t enrolled in the project. Just stop by Mrs. Hewlett’s (3058 Sturdy Road, Valparaiso—one mile south of Valpo Walmart) and make your selections.
