It’s imperative that you get rid of all old editions of the handbook, as there have been numerous changes this year. All 4-H project areas that have State Fair eligibility have been updated by the Indiana 4-H Program. There have also been some county project changes.
The handbook is filled with important information about our 4-H program and everything you need to know to prepare to exhibit at the Porter County Fair! In addition to your project’s general rules and exhibit guidelines, be sure to check out the introductory sections for all the general policies and procedures!
