4-H Project Superintendents (along with their project committees where applicable) are encouraged to take a close look at your sections of the Porter County 4-H Handbook and consider if the current policies and procedures are reflective of 4-H in 2022 and beyond. If you would like to recommend any changes/additions/deletions, please submit your proposals to Joan at joangrott@purdue.edu by September 30th.
Proposals will be reviewed by the Rules Committee in October and then move on to the full 4-H Council in November for final approval.
