The Liberty Sunsetters met both in-person and virtually on Sunday, March 21st at Sunset Hill Farm Park. The meeting called to order at 3pm, beginning with the American and 4-H pledges. Then, we went into the reports. As a club, we voted on either Chipotle or Panda Express for our next food fundraiser. Date and finalized details will be coming out ASAP. We will also be doing geranium sales again this year. The deadline for orders is Friday, April 23rd at 4:30pm. Lastly, we voted on a time for our next club nature hike, which will be Sunday, March 28th, 10am, at Sunset Hill Farm.
After adjourning the meeting, we went on a short nature hike/scavenger hunt, followed by refreshments. Our next meeting will be held on Sunday, April 18th, 3pm, at Sunset Hill Farm Park. Don’t forget to sign up for text reminders by texting @libertysu to 81010 or join our club Facebook page.
