Wellness for the Win: Virtual Mindfulness Program

The Indiana 4-H Healthy Living team is proud to present Wellness for the Win: a mindfulness program for youth in grades 6-12 focusing on mindfulness, identity, stress relief, resilience, mental health, goal setting, and overall wellness.
