Learn about reducing risk while creating safe, welcoming environments for youth across 4-H clubs, programs, workshops, and the county fair. We will review key Indiana 4-H policies and adult behavioral expectations and discuss how these guidelines support positive youth development. Through real-life scenarios, participants will learn how to respond confidently and appropriately in difficult situations while maintaining professionalism and respect. Attendees will leave better prepared to protect youth, reduce risk, and strengthen the 4-H experience for everyone!
