New for the 2026 program year! 
Porter County 4-H is introducing the new 4-H General Record Sheet.
Instead of completing a separate record sheet for each project, 4-H members in grades 3–12 will now complete ONE record sheet for all their projects.
Important: To receive 4-H’ers complimentary fair pass and show your livestock, these record sheets must be turned in to the Fair 4-H Office at fair pass pick up, as it is required for project completion.
The 2026 Handbook will be available soon – so make sure to check out the handbook for any additional requirements that projects may have. Attached you will find the general record sheet. Youth can fill in up to 10 projects on a sheet. Therefore, if your child is completing more than 10 projects (especially in static), they will need more than one sheet.
