4-H Council President, Heather Compton, has emailed out the proposed updates for the Porter County 4-H Council by-laws. Please review them as they will be the first item discussed at our November 18th 4-H Council meeting. These updated bylaws include changes to the voting members. All members will be voted on at this meeting, so make sure you are in attendance if you want to have a say in the decisions of the 4-H Council going forward. Our meetings will remain open to everyone as they always have been for discussions, but only elected members will have a vote.
