Tuesday, July 8th, at Chick-fil-A in Valparaiso from 9:00 to 11:00 am Porter County 4-H Dairy and Dairy Beef kids will be assisting Chick-fil-A with a cow cuddle event. We will need volunteers to come during those two hours to help answer questions from the public and let them interact with some calves.
This also serves as a fundraising opportunity. The attached file is how you go about participating in the fundraiser.
As a 4-H Dairy or Dairy Steer member, if you have a small calf yearling or under, preferably smaller, we are asking if you’d like to volunteer the use of the animal during that time. If so, reach out to Amber Cable. We are primarily looking for Holsteins as that is what their mascot is. Watch your email for more information.
