The next Junior Leader meeting is Monday, December 9th, at 6 pm where we will be meeting at Sunset Hill Farm Park in the Horton Family Children’s Education Center. At this meeting we will be doing our community service project for the Family and Youth Services Organization where we will be building holiday baking baskets for the 37 families that the organization serves within their Healthy Families program.
For members attending, if you could bring a new unopened toy to also donate to Miranda’s Toy Drive for Comer Children’s Hospital – that would be greatly appreciated as well. These toys can be big or small but must be new and unopened.
Junior Leaders is available for youth in 4-H that are in grades 7-12 who are wanting to learn leadership skills as well as be a part of great community service activities from month to month.
