Happy fall everyone,
I hope everyone is doing well and I know this is later than usual. I only got the order forms last week so they went out as quick as I could get them done with everything else going.
Selling dates are as soon as you receive your form until October 26th. You have until October 28th to turn your orders into me. You can either text or email. I will provide both of those to you at the bottom. Items are $18 to $20 depending on what item is selected. So please make sure that you are watching as you total orders. Cash and checks are the form of payment that we take. Checks are made out to Porter County 4-H Dairy. Please ensure they are made out correctly. Pick up date is as always the Saturday prior to Thanksgiving. That date is November 23, 2024. Pick up time is 10:00 a.m. till noon at the Cable residence: address will be listed below. If you have questions feel free to reach out and let us know.
Also on a side note, 4-H has a micro pantry that we supply food for. If you or anybody you know would be interested in donating I will collect those donations on pick up day. I will happily take them to the office so that way Jen and the Junior Leaders can get the pantry stocked before the holiday. Happy selling everyone!
