Our Dairy Barn livestock will now be Friday night July 5th at 5:00 p.m.. We were able to get mulch in early therefore will be having skid steers in moving mulch. We do not want to have that going when all other barns are trying to set up on July 6th. So we’re asking that if you’re able to attend/help at 5:00 p.m. July 5th that would be great. I will have the final stall assignments ready to go so you can see where you’re going.
Also if you have not signed up for ice cream booth let me know. I do have an updated copy that I can send you. Shifts our first come first serve and quite a few have already been filled.
The first day of fair is July 18th with our check-in day officially being July 20th. You may start bringing in animals Friday July 19th. We want to remind you that there is a concert that night. Either try to be there before that concert traffic or after otherwise you’ll be waiting a long time with livestock.
Remember that your worksheets are due the Wednesday evening prior to show. If I do not have them turned in and completed you will be unable to enter the show arena.
