Sewing Workshops

Hi Sewing members!  Happy summer!

There will be a Sewing Workshop for 1st year Sewing members on June 10 from 4:30-5:30 in the Valparaiso Public Library, Meeting Room A.  Please bring questions, your sewing machine, sewing kit, and extension cord.  If you have started your project, you may bring that to work on.  If not, I have a small project for you to complete.  

Senior Division Sewing members:  If you are interested in assisting with the June 10 workshop, your helping hands are very welcome.  Please let me know by June 7 if you plan to help.

There are two scheduled workshops for project help.  One is on June 13 at the Valparaiso Public Library from 12-4 and another is on June 25 at the Kouts Public Library from 12:30-4:30.  These workshops are for anyone that would like help with their project at any stage of their project.  You can come if you haven’t started or if you are somewhere in the middle of it.  So that we can best assist those that attend, I have attached a schedule.  Three members per 2 hour time slot may sign-up.  If you sign up for the first time slot, you are welcome to stay and work the whole 4 hours to sew, but just know that during the second half our focus will be primarily on assisting those that signed up for that second time slot.
