We had so much fun at the May Center Wildcats 4-H meeting. We started the meeting off with a fun game of fruit basket upset, then it was the day of our annual pizza party so we had lots of fun enjoying that with our other 4-H’ers. So far, we have made 60 spring lunch bags for Meals on Wheels and 40 placemats for Hospice, 24 frogs and one beanie baby for the Library Story time, 300 stick puppets and 135 bookmarks for the library summer reading program. We’ve sewed 15 more flannel pillowcases for pediatrics and braided 139 more dog toys for dogs at the Porter County Animal Shelter. Lastly, we delivered 100 dozen homemade cookies to the Hospice Stroll. At the meeting, we made and seconded a motion to sponsor 6 trophies for the fair.
