Who remembers the My Record of 4-H Achievement forms?!?!?!
Just because this does not need to be turned into the 4-H Extension Office during fair anymore, does not mean you should not continue keeping record of your accomplishments.
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that all 4-H members CONTINUE completing these forms every year. Why? Makes it easier when it becomes senior scholarship application time as these are needed for almost all 4-H scholarship applications – state and county level.
If you haven’t been keeping up with these forms the last few years -Spring Break may be the best time to get caught up!
