4-H Horse Communications Contests (Demonstration & Public Speaking)- review attached document for contest specific information.
Thursday, April 11th, 2024 (virtual) time TBD by number and locations of participants. Youth will be contacted with time slots to deliver their presentation live to judges via Zoom. This will allow judges to ask questions and provide feedback etc.
4-H Horse Demonstration – Registration is due April 6th by completing the survey registration link here. Only 1 member needs to register for the event if they are a team and include the name of their teammate. The cost is $15 per participant. (Divisions: Junior, Intermediate, and Senior).
4-H Horse Public Speaking- Registration is due March 28th by completing the survey registration link here. The cost is $15 per participant. (Divisions: Junior, Intermediate, and Senior)
4-H and FFA State Horse Judging Contest
4-H and FFA State Horse Judging Contest will be in person at the Hendricks County Fairgrounds- Danville, Indiana on Saturday, May 4th. As reminder, there are no formalized Area Contest qualifiers required to participate at the state contest for horse judging. Registration will be sent in mid- March.
