Area V is excited to be offering a combined 4-H Leader and Junior Leader event “4-H Growing Together” on Saturday, February 10th from 10am-1pm. We would love for volunteers and Jr. Leaders from around the state to join us!! There will be a little bit of everything: mini sessions to learn about new activities, roundtable discussions to learn from other counties, tables set up with multiple activities and ideas to take home, then we will end the day with a luncheon. This won’t be just any luncheon though! While the leaders are learning new ideas in the morning, the Junior Leaders will be learning about etiquette!
At the etiquette luncheon we will be putting our junior leaders to the test on their newly learned skills. The volunteers and junior leaders will also have an opportunity to talk with community members about how 4-H has impacted them during the luncheon.
The event will take place at Center Point Church, 208 S Cherry Street in Centerpoint, IN 47840. (This is in Clay County.)
